Why I built this
I spent two years traveling the world with a camera. I came home with a hard drive full of the best experiences of my life — and then real life started again. Work. Routine. The albums I always meant to make kept getting pushed back. The photos just sat there. All that love for those places, those sights, those moments — buried in a folder. Then it struck me — I'm a photographer, a software engineer and a traveler. Who better to build this? So I built Sidecar Photo to bring those trips and experiences back to life. Not someday. Now. And once I did, I couldn't keep it to myself.
